Gerald Hegarty
President & CEO

Gerald Hegarty brings over 18 years of high technology leadership experience to NetCommissions. Most recently, he was responsible for strategic marketing with Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) packaged software manufacturer, Incentive Systems (d.b.a. Centive). During his tenure, the company introduced the industries first ‘net native' EIM platform and was the first to embrace 'process automation' as a critical element of the total EIM solution. Before Incentive Systems, Mr. Hegarty spent several years working on Supply Chain and Process Improvement initiatives (TQM, Six Sigma) within the Semiconductor Industry. Jerry holds a BSME from the University of Massachusetts and a MBA from Northeastern University

Christopher George
Vice President & CTO
Christopher George brings over 20 years of web and software development team leadership to NetCommissions. He first began automating incentive compensation plans in the mid-80s. Most recently, he has been leading EIM software implementations for Incentive Systems (d.b.a. Centive), an Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) packaged software manufacturer. Christopher has also headed up sales force automation (SFA) projects at Sysco Foods and Malden Mills Industries as well as co-founding LinkWarp, Inc., a web development and hosting company. Chris holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from the University of Illinois.
